1. Data Collection and Usage CountFlow Web App and Sheet ("the App") operates entirely within your personal or organizational Google Workspace environment. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or analytical data on external servers. All data entered into or processed by the App remains strictly within your own Google account.
2. Google API Services User Data Policy The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Permissions The App requires authorization to access the specific Google Sheet you are currently actively working in. These permissions are used exclusively to execute the App's core functions (e.g., reading and writing data to that specific Sheet) and cannot be used to access your Google Drive or any other unrelated files in your Google account.
4. Data Sharing Because the App does not collect your data, your data is never shared with, sold to, or accessible by the developer or any third parties.
5. Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data All sensitive data accessed by the App is protected by Google's native security infrastructure. The App communicates directly with Google APIs using secure, encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Because the App operates entirely within your Google Workspace, no sensitive data is ever extracted, transmitted to, or stored on any external developer servers or third-party databases.
6. Data Retention and Deletion The App does not retain or store your Google user data on any external servers. All data remains exclusively within your own Google Sheet, meaning you retain complete control over its lifecycle.
Retention: Your data is retained only as long as you keep the associated Google Sheet.
Deletion: To permanently delete your data, simply delete the CountFlow Google Sheet. You may also revoke the App's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account Security settings and removing the App's permissions.
